Als verkoopleider automotive in Dronten profiteer je van een uitstekend salaris met bonusregeling en volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Daarbij stuur je niet alleen een team aan, maar blijf je zelf succesvol actief in de verkoop. De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit: - Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het verkoopteam. - Opstellen en bewaken van de verkoopdoelstellingen. - Verkopen van auto's en begeleiden van het complete verkoopproces. - Vaststellen van handel- en verkoopwaardes, taxeren van auto's en op de hoogte blijven van marktprijzen. - Beantwoorden van klantvragen, bijvoorbeeld over garantie- en leasevraagstukken. Werktijden: maandag tot en met zaterdag van 9:00 - 17:30 uur. Het werken op maandag en zaterdag zijn een must, daarentegen ben je een andere doordeweekse dag vrij. Functie-eisen - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de autoverkoop, taxeren van inruilvoertuigen en bepalen van de marktwaarde van occasions. - Ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een verkoopteam. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. - Sterk onderhandelingsvermogen. - Verkoopresultaten kunnen analyseren en rapporteren. Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Rechtstreeks in dienst bij jouw nieuwe werkgever via werving en selectie. - € 3.750,00 - € 4.000,00 bruto per maand. - 25 vakantiedagen. - 8% vakantiegeld. - Pensioenopbouw. - Auto van de zaak behoort tot de mogelijkheden. - Mogelijkheden tot training en ontwikkeling, o.a. via OOMT.
