Verkoopmedewerker in Speelgoedwinkel - Halle

Ben jij een echte mensen-mens en hou je van speelgoed? Voor onze gezellige speelgoedwinkel in Halle zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste verkoopmedewerker voor een tijdelijke functie (36u/week). Je start zo snel mogelijk en dit kan verlengd worden tot het einde van het jaar.

  • Heb je een passie voor speelgoed en het adviseren van klanten?
  • Ben je flexibel in je werkuren, inclusief avonden en weekends?
  • Communiceer je helder in het Nederlands en heb je een goede basis in het Frans?

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je wordt een echte expert in onze producten, van boekentassen tot multimedia, en deelt jouw kennis met klanten.
  • Je verwelkomt klanten met een glimlach en helpt hen bij het vinden van het perfecte speelgoed.
  • Je adviseert klanten op maat, rekening houdend met wat kinderen aanspreekt en wat ouders interesseert.
  • Je houdt de winkel ordelijk, vult rekken aan en doet kassawerk.
  • Je denkt mee over leuke activiteiten in de winkel, zoals Halloween of het nieuwe schooljaar feestelijk inzetten.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

We zoeken een servicegerichte en communicatief vaardige collega die gemakkelijk contact maakt met klanten. Jij weet wat klanten nodig hebben en staat altijd voor hen klaar!

  • Extravert en makkelijk in de omgang met klanten.
  • Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en je kan leunen op een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Empathisch en luisterbereid; je weet wat klanten nodig hebben.
  • Commercieel talent; je verdiept je in ons assortiment en gebruikt deze kennis om klanten te adviseren.
  • Flexibel; je werkt zowel in de avonden als in het weekend.
  • Goed kunnen omgaan met diversiteit in klanten.
  • Goede numerieke vaardigheden voor een soepele kassa-afhandeling.
  • Ruimtelijk inzicht voor aantrekkelijke winkelpresentaties.
