Dit ga je doen Als Verkoopmedewerker Binnendienst in Rotterdam ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's. In deze rol als Verkoopmedewerker Binnendienst verwerk en volg je offertes en orders op, beantwoord je klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail, en handel je retouren en serviceverzoeken af. Jij zorgt dat klantgegevens altijd kloppen en signaleert commerciële kansen wanneer klanten bepaalde producten niet meer afnemen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen het warehouse, andere interne afdelingen en de klant. Nabellen van prospects en het onderhouden van bestaande klantrelaties horen er natuurlijk ook bij. Verder ondersteun je de Customer Service Manager en ben je niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken wanneer het nodig is. Op termijn ga je als Verkoopmedewerker Binnendienst ook een klein stukje koude acquisitie doen, waarbij je bestaande en potentiële klanten actief benadert.
