Tania gaat met pensioen… word jij haar opvolger bij De Lettertrap Bornem?

Na vele jaren als vaste waarde binnen De Lettertrap Bornem gaat onze collega Tania met pensioen. We gunnen haar uiteraard van harte deze nieuwe fase, maar dat betekent ook dat er bij ons een mooie plaats vrijkomt.

Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een voltijdse verkoper/verkoopster die Tania volwaardig kan opvolgen en mee een vaste waarde wordt binnen ons team.

Wat houdt de job in?

Als verkoper/verkoopster ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt hen vriendelijk en professioneel verder en zorgt er samen met je collega’s voor dat onze winkel elke dag vlot draait.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Klanten verwelkomen, adviseren en helpen bij hun aankopen
  • Kassawerk en betalingen correct afhandelen
  • Producten aanvullen en aantrekkelijk presenteren
  • Leveringen ontvangen en verwerken
  • Mee zorgen voor een nette, verzorgde en uitnodigende winkel
  • Klantenvragen beantwoorden en mee zoeken naar de juiste oplossing
  • Zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen binnen de dagelijkse werking
  • Samenwerken met je collega’s om onze klanten de best mogelijke service te bieden

Wie zoeken wij?

Omdat we op zoek zijn naar een volwaardige vervanger, zoeken we iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich voor langere tijd binnen onze winkel wil engageren.

Je bent:

  • Verzorgd en nauwkeurig

  • Bereid om onze winkel, producten en klanten goed te leren kennen

Ervaring in verkoop of retail is zeker een pluspunt. Toch vinden wij vooral je motivatie, werkhouding en klantgerichtheid belangrijk.
