Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, klantgericht én weet jij wat er speelt in de bouwwereld? Ben jij een verbindende factor tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega's? Dan hebben wij een uitdagende functie voor jou! Functieomschrijving: Als verkoper binnendienst word jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten in Brabant. Met jouw kennis van ons assortiment en de markt geef je klanten gericht en professioneel advies. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Je adviseert klanten telefonisch en via e-mail over hout, plaat en bouwmaterialen. - Je ontzorgt klanten, volgt offertes actief op en weet deze om te zetten in orders. - Je hebt rechtstreeks contact met leveranciers over o.a. prijzen en levertijden. - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en weet deze te benutten. - Je werkt nauw samen met de buitendienst,het afhaalcenter en de binnendienst in Haelen. - Je ontvangt klanten in onze toekomstige showroom en helpt hen met passend advies. Doordat je nauw betrokken bent bij onze klanten, weet je goed wat er speelt. Met die inzichten denk je mee over de inrichting van de showroom en draag je bij aan een succesvolle start van onze nieuwe vestiging. In de maanden vóór de opening werk je op onze vestiging in Haelen, zodat je onze producten, systemen en collega's al goed kent wanneer de deuren in Helmond opengaan. Ons afhaalcenter is doordeweeks én op zaterdagochtend open. Die zaterdagochtenden horen bij de functie en verdelen we in roulatie met het team. Dit ben jij: Met jouw commerciële instelling en winnaarsmentaliteit haal jij voldoening uit het scoren van orders. Je voelt snel aan wat de klant nodig heeft en zet graag nét dat stapje extra om je (commerciële) doelen te bereiken. De interactie met klanten en collega's is voor jou belangrijk en...
