Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor je! Als Verkoper Binnendienst ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, accountmanagers en organisatie. Jij kent je klanten, denkt met ze mee en zorgt ervoor dat ze snel en goed worden geholpen. Van het aannemen van een telefonische bestelling tot het uitwerken van een offerte en van productadvies tot aftersales: jij regelt het. Samen met een vestigingsmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de klanten van het filiaal. Jullie onderhouden bestaande relaties, signaleren commerciële kansen en gaan actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten. Je krijgt daarbij volop de ruimte om mee te denken over hoe we onze klanten nog beter kunnen bedienen én hoe we de omzet verder kunnen laten groeien. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties. - Je neemt telefonische en digitale bestellingen aan en verwerkt deze zorgvuldig. - Je maakt offertes en volgt deze actief op. - Je adviseert klanten over hout, plaatmateriaal en bouwmaterialen. - Je werkt nauw samen met de accountmanager binnen het rayon. - Je zorgt voor een goede aftersales en denkt mee met de klant. - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en weet deze om te zetten in resultaat. - Je gaat samen met de accountmanager actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten. - Je denkt mee over mogelijkheden om onze dienstverlening en omzet verder te verbeteren.
