Als verkoper elektrische apparaten help je klanten van het onthaal tot de afronding van hun aankoop.

  • Je ontvangt klanten in de winkel en maakt hen wegwijs in het aanbod elektro.
  • Je stelt gerichte vragen over hun zoektocht, wensen en gebruik, zodat je samen tot een passend eindproduct komt.
  • Je begeleidt de klant bij de aankoop of bestelling en biedt bijkomende service aan, zoals extra garanties, accessoires en andere mogelijke diensten.
  • Je zorgt voor een klantgerichte afhandeling, zodat klanten tevreden naar huis gaan en graag terugkomen.
