Als verkoper vorm jij de schakel tussen het eerste showroombezoek van een klant en een afgewerkte, tevreden bestelling.

Klantonthaal & advies

- Je heet klanten welkom in de showroom en neemt de tijd om hun wensen en verwachtingen scherp te krijgen.

- Je adviseert hen over raamdecoratie, stoffen en afwerkingsmogelijkheden die aansluiten bij hun interieur.

Offertes & opvolging

- Je werkt offertes uit op maat van de klant en volgt deze verder correct op.

- Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van bestelling tot levering.

Productkennis & showroom

- Je bouwt gaandeweg kennis op van het aanbod en volgt nieuwe collecties en trends op.

- Je houdt de showroom verzorgd en inspirerend voor bezoekers.

Commerciële bijdrage

- Je werkt mee aan de verkoopdoelstellingen, met oog voor een goede klantervaring.

Profiel

- Je hebt affiniteit met interieur en raamdecoratie; ervaring in die verkoop is mooi meegenomen maar geen vereiste.

- Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld.

- Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt je weg vlot in administratie en computersystemen.

- Je staat open om continu bij te leren en je productkennis uit te breiden.

- Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om op zaterdag te werken (9u30-17u).

- Je functioneert goed in teamverband, maar neemt evengoed zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid.

Je hebt affiniteit met interieur en raamdecoratie, en je bent klantgericht en commercieel sterk. Je werkt nauwkeurig, ook administratief, en staat open om je productkennis geleidelijk uit te breiden. Je bent flexibel en bereid om op zaterdag te werken.
