Je werkt binnen een snelgroeiende projectontwikkelaar met een sterke pipeline aan residentiële nieuwbouwprojecten in Antwerpen, Vlaams-Brabant en Brussel. De functie inhoud Als verkoper van nieuwbouwprojecten ben jij het commerciële gezicht van een ambitieuze projectontwikkelaar in de regio Berchem.

  • Leads opvolgen en terreinbezoeken plannen bij kandidaat kopers voor residentiële nieuwbouwprojecten.
  • Bouw- en inrichtingsplannen en het verkoopslastenboek helder toelichten aan geïnteresseerde kopers.
  • Onderhandelen en begeleiden tot een correcte, ondertekende compromis.
  • Marktfeedback verzamelen over prijszetting en productmix en die delen met het salesteam.
  • Commerciële advertentieteksten en verkoopmateriaal voorbereiden voor elke projectlancering.
  • Nauwkeurig bijhouden van je pipeline en contacten blijven contacteren.

De verkoper van nieuwbouwprojecten krijgt directe toegang tot beslissingsnemers, een doorlopende pipeline aan kwalitatieve projecten en veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief binnen een compact, ondernemend team. Ben jij een ervaren verkoper van nieuwbouwprojecten met een neus voor vastgoed?

  • Erkend BIV-makelaar, architect of erkend landmeter-expert.
  • Minimum 3 jaar ervaring in vastgoedverkoop, bij voorkeur in nieuwbouw of projectontwikkeling.
  • Vertrouwd met de Wet Breyne en het volledige verkoopproces van nieuwbouw.
  • Commercieel sterk, resultaatgericht en vlot in het opbouwen van vertrouwensrelaties.
  • Uitstekende kennis Nederlands, Frans is een troef.
