Verpakkings Specialist Full-time Noord-Holland Internationale productieomgeving | duurzame verpakkingsoplossingen De functie Voor een internationaal opererende productieorganisatie zoeken we een Packaging Specialist. In deze rol werk je aan verpakkingsoplossingen die producten goed beschermen, logistieke processen ondersteunen en aansluiten bij ambities op het gebied van duurzaamheid, kwaliteit en kosten. Je bent inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor verpakkingsvraagstukken en werkt samen met verschillende productielocaties, leveranciers en interne disciplines. Daarbij begeleid je verbeteringen van eerste idee en testfase tot en met de invoering in de praktijk. Wat ga je doen? Verpakkingsontwikkeling en innovatie - Nieuwe verpakkingsconcepten ontwikkelen en bestaande oplossingen technisch verbeteren. - Nieuwe materialen, productietechnieken en toepassingen onderzoeken en beoordelen. - Praktijktesten, validaties en pilots organiseren om prestaties en toepasbaarheid vast te stellen. - Zorgen dat nieuwe of gewijzigde producten tijdig over een passende verpakkingsoplossing beschikken. Duurzaamheid en regelgeving - Verbeteringen initiëren die materiaalgebruik, milieubelasting en verpakkingsafval verminderen. - Mogelijkheden benutten om recyclebaarheid te vergroten en duurzamere grondstoffen toe te passen. - Ontwikkelingen in relevante Europese en internationale wet- en regelgeving volgen en vertalen naar praktische eisen. - Technische input leveren voor duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen, interne standaarden en rapportages. Supply chain en procesverbetering - Samenwerken met onder meer productie, logistiek, inkoop, kwaliteit en externe leveranciers. - Verpakkingen optimaliseren voor efficiënte opslag, handling en internationaal transport. - Oorzaken van verpakkingsproblemen in productie- en distributieprocessen analyseren en structureel oplossen. - Kansen voor kostenbesparing signaleren, zonder afbreuk te doen aan kwaliteit, veiligheid of presta...
