Functieomschrijving: Als verpakkingsoperator ben je de belangrijkste persoon bij het inpakken van onze zuivel. Je zorgt dat de zakken precies het juiste gewicht krijgen. Ook controleer je continu of het product aan de hoge eisen voldoet. Zie jij kansen om het werk nog beter of sneller te doen? Laat het ons weten.

Je stelt de machines zelfstandig in voor een vlotte werkdag. De cijfers van de productie voer je in de computer in. Samen met je team bespreek je de planning en de resultaten. Loopt een machine niet lekker? Dan zoek je de oorzaak en los je dit kleine probleem zelf op. Zo houd je de lijn draaiende.
