Als verpleegkundig begeleider sta je naast de bewoners en cliënten bij alle dagelijkse zorgmomenten en bied je zowel verpleegkundige zorg als begeleiding aan bewoners met complexe zorgvragen. Vaak hebben zij naast een verstandelijke beperking bijkomende problematiek, zoals psychiatrische problemen, ontwikkelingsstoornissen of trauma. Je observeert veranderingen in gezondheid en gedrag, weet deze te interpreteren en op de juiste manier op te volgen, en ondersteunt collegas bij verpleegkundige vraagstukken. Je werkt nauw samen met collegas, familie en andere zorgprofessionals om de leefomgeving veilig, betekenisvol en stabiel te maken. Met jouw kennis en betrokkenheid draag je actief bij aan een omgeving waarin bewoners zich gezien en veilig voelen.

Zet jouw verpleegkundige kennis in waar het écht telt en maak dagelijks het verschil voor mensen met complexe zorgvragen. Bij Vanboeijen combineer je deskundigheid, nabijheid en hart voor zorg. Als verpleegkundig begeleider werk je dagelijks mee in de zorg en begeleiding van bewoners en cliënten en breng je daarnaast jouw verpleegkundige kennis en expertise in om de kwaliteit van zorg naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Je borgt verpleegkundige kennis, signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid en gedrag, ondersteunt collegas en vormt de verbinding tussen teams, de medische dienst en kwaliteitsverpleegkundigen. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige, stabiele en betekenisvolle leefomgeving.
