Ben jij een bevlogen verpleegkundig specialist GGZ en toe aan een nieuwe uitdaging? Bij het ART-team in Franeker zoeken wij een Verpleegkundig Specialist die samen met ons vormgeeft aan specialistische herstelondersteunende zorg in de regio.

Je nieuwe functie Als verpleegkundig specialist GGZ bij het ART-team, Active Recovery Triad, in Franeker ben je regiebehandelaar en op een veelzijdige manier betrokken bij het behandelproces van onze cliënten. Jij bent de deskundige op het gebied van verpleegkundige en medisch-psychiatrische diagnostiek, behandeling en begeleiding.

Binnen het ART-team vervul je een coördinerende en verbindende rol, je bewaakt de voortgang van het behandelplan en zorgt dat de uitvoering goed op elkaar aansluit. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over het verbeteren van onze patiëntenzorg en draag je bij aan het verhogen van de kwaliteit. Je neemt een coachende rol in binnen het team, zorgt voor kennisoverdracht en geeft supervisie waar nodig. Samen met onze netwerkpartners biedt je cliënten kwalitatieve, passende en herstelondersteunende zorg.

Als manager behandelzaken draag je ons gedachtegoed uit over herstelgerichte zorg, systemisch werken en een integrale aanpak van klachten en herstel. Je coacht en adviseert het team, stimuleert samenwerking met collega’s en ketenpartners en bevordert integraal werken. Je schakelt soepel tussen strategische en inhoudelijke thema’s, ontwikkelt en borgt een heldere zorgvisie en werkt in duaal leiderschap samen met de algemeen manager.
