Ben jij een verpleegkundige met een hart voor de zorg en een passie voor afwisseling? Schakel jij moeiteloos tussen de hectiek van een ziekenhuisafdeling en de warme, persoonlijke zorg in een woonzorgcentrum? En wil je vooral wel de impact van de zorg, maar geen vastgeroest urenrooster¿

Wat ga je doen¿

Als ad hoc verpleegkundige ben jij de vliegende keeper op wie teams echt kunnen bouwen. Waar jij binnenstapt, daalt de werkdruk en stijgt de kwaliteit van zorg.

  • Klinische & verpleegtechnische handelingen: Van infuustherapie, wondzorg en medicatietoediening tot het opvolgen van vitale parameters¿jij draait er je hand niet voor om.
  • Overzicht & coordinatie: Je houdt het hoofd koel op drukke momenten, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en bent het aanspreekpunt voor artsen, patiënten en de familie.
  • Warmte & aandacht: Naast alle techniek verlies je de mens achter de patiënt nooit uit het oog. Een geruststellend woord maakt voor jou het verschil.
  • Multi-inzetbaar: Je maakt snel verbinding met nieuwe collega's en past je in no-time aan de afdelingsdynamiek aan.

Wie ben jij¿

Jij bent een deskundige professional die houdt van vrijheid en afwisseling.

  • Je hebt een diploma Verpleegkunde (Bachelor/HBOT of Graduaat/MBO4) en een geldige visum/registratie.
  • Je beschikt over sterke verpleegtechnische vaardigheden en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, empathisch en hebt een proactieve werkhouding.
  • Je zoekt ad hoc vrijheid: of je nu een paar losse shifts wilt oppakken naast je vaste baan, alleen nachtdiensten zoekt, of voltijds op flexibele basis wilt werken¿alles kan!
