Beschik je daarnaast ook nog eens over het diploma hbo-V en heb je ervaring als verpleegkundige op een klinische afdeling? Dan is de vacature voor regieverpleegkundige Interne Geneeskunde vast iets voor jou! Wat je gaat doen Als regieverpleegkundige heb je een belangrijke rol op de afdeling. Naast het leveren van verpleegkundige zorg, ga jij namelijk aan de slag met kwaliteitsverbetering van de verpleegkundige zorg en zorgprocessen op de Interne Geneeskunde. Van het verkleinen van het valrisico van patiënten en een betere registratie in HIX, tot het digitaliseren van zorg op de afdeling: jij houdt je maar al te graag bezig met dit soort onderwerpen. In overleg met de arts ontwikkel je het evidence based werken op de afdeling, coach je collega's en leerlingen én ontwikkel je scholingen en klinische lessen. Er is een belangrijk rol voor jou weggelegd in het implementeren van innovaties op de afdeling. Kortom: je hebt een duidelijke voorbeeldfunctie op de afdeling Interne Geneeskunde Als verpleegkundige op onze afdeling Interne Geneeskunde & Nefrologie leveren we geplande en acute zorg. Wat jij hier als verpleegkundige zoal voorbij ziet komen? Septische shock, hypertensie en nefrologische aandoeningen… maar dat is natuurlijk lang niet alles! Ga je bij ons aan de slag? Dan kom je te werken op een belangrijke afdeling binnen ons ziekenhuis met 26 bedden in Franciscus Vlietland. Hier worden geplande én acute interne patiënten opgenomen en verpleegd. Goed om te weten Je werkt voornamelijk in Franciscus Vlietland, maar je bent ook beschikbaar om incidenteel een dienst te draaien bij de afdeling Interne Geneeskunde & Nefrologie in Franciscus Gasthuis.
