- Ik ben op zoek naar Verpleegkundige - Nacht Wil jij werken op een kleinschalige revalidatieafdeling waar je écht de ruimte krijgt om verpleegkundige zorg te verlenen én collega's te coachen? In het Zorghotel van De Meander begeleid je cliënten tijdens hun herstel en speel je een belangrijke rol in de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de zorg. Regio: Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel Type zorg: Geriatrische revalidatiezorg Locatie: Zorghotel De Meander Wat ga je doen? - Je verleent verpleegkundige zorg aan cliënten tijdens hun revalidatie - Je verricht verpleegtechnische handelingen passend bij jouw functie - Je signaleert veranderingen en stemt af met cliënten, naasten en behandelaren - Je begeleidt en coacht collega's bij verpleegtechnische handelingen - Je draagt bij aan de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de zorg - Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de afdeling Over het team en de locatie Je werkt in het Zorghotel van De Meander, een moderne woonzorglocatie in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel. De revalidatieafdeling beschikt over 13 bedden , waardoor je werkt in een overzichtelijke omgeving met korte lijnen en veel persoonlijk contact met cliënten en collega's. Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken multidisciplinair team waarin samenwerken, kennis delen en eigen initiatief worden gewaardeerd.
