Waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met huisartsen én wordt voorzien van een auto? Binnen Spoedzorg Haaglanden hebben wij nu een vacature voor Verpleegkundige! Vacature Verpleegkundige Spoedzorg; maximaal 32 uur per week (jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast) Sinds 2022 is Spoedzorg Haaglanden operationeel. Spoedzorg Haaglanden is een gezamenlijk initiatief van HWW zorg en Florence om de acute, ongeplande zorg efficiënt en kwalitatief goed te organiseren. Inmiddels verzorgt het team van Spoedzorg Haaglanden de opvolging van personenalarmering, de ongeplande acute zorg thuis en de verpleegkundige achterwacht intramuraal voor meerdere zorgorganisaties in de regio Haaglanden. Wat ga je doen: Als Verpleegkundige bij Spoedzorg Haaglanden ben je verantwoordelijk voor acute en ongeplande zorg. Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt een ondersteunende en consulterende rol voor andere zorgmedewerkers binnen de regio. Je werkt nauw samen met de Hadoks. In acuut ontstane situaties neem je klanten over van de wijkteams en van de Hadoks. Naast reguliere werkdagen ben je ook beschikbaar voor avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten. Belangrijk om voor dit team aan de slag te kunnen is dat je het geen probleem vindt om onregelmatig te werken en je van afwisseling en het onverwachte houdt. In deze gave functie moet je goed klinisch kunnen redeneren en moeten al je handelingen up-to-date zijn. Als verpleegkundige in het team moet je niet terugdeinzen voor acute situaties.
