Je kiest zelf je diensten en de zorgomgeving waarin je aan de slag gaat. De ene dag ondersteun je cliënten in de thuiszorg, de andere dag werk je binnen een zorginstelling. Zo blijft je werk afwisselend en kun je ervaring opdoen op verschillende locaties. Je begint je dienst met een overdracht en gaat daarna aan de slag. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, houdt de gezondheid van cliënten goed in de gaten en stemt af met collega's en andere zorgprofessionals. Als verpleegkundige ben jij een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en hun naasten.
