Je vindt het belangrijk om samen met het teamop een juiste manier zorg te verlenen, waarbij het welbevinden van onze bewoners voorop staat.Naast je werk op een vaste woning draai je ook mee in de EAV-diensten (Eerst AanspreekbareVerpleegkundige), multidisciplinaire overleggen en begeleid je stagiaires en/of leerlingen.Tijdens je EAV dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van medische en verpleegtechnischeondersteuning aan zorgmedewerkers. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowelzorgmedewerkers als artsen en speelt een belangrijke rol in de coördinatie van de zorg. Je takenomvatten onder andere: Medische en verpleegtechnische ondersteuning: Je biedt ondersteuning en advies aan zorgmedewerkers bij medische en verpleegtechnische vragen en problemen. l Coördinatie van zorg: Je coördineert de zorg en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste zorg op het juiste moment wordt verleend. l Ziekmeldingen verwerken: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van ziekmeldingen en het zoeken naar vervanging of andere oplossingen. l Contact met artsen: Je onderhoudt contacten met artsen en zorgt voor een goede communicatie tussen zorgmedewerkers en artsen. l Bereikbaarheid: Tijdens je dienst ben je bereikbaar voor alle zorgmedewerkers voor ondersteuning en advies. l Wie ben jij?JijJij hebt hart voor bewoners verzorging en juist ook begeleiding nodig hebben.
