Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou. Over de functie Als verpleegkundige ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de optimale zorg en begeleiding van patiënten met acute en chronische pijnklachten. Omdat wij werken met infusietherapie is het van groot belang dat jouw verpleegtechnisch handelen volledig op orde is en je bekwaam en bevoegd bent in het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen. • Begeleiden, observeren, bewaken, verplegen en verzorgen van patiënten rondom poliklinische behandelingen. • Uitvoeren en bewaken van infusietherapie. • Waarborgen van kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg. • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van telefonische spreekuren. • Assisteren van de medisch specialist bij specialistische invasieve pijnbehandelingen. • Begeleiden van patiënten tijdens onderzoeken en behandelingen en instrueren over nazorg. • Begeleiden en ondersteunen van stagiaires doktersassistent binnen het zorgproces. • Verrichten van administratieve werkzaamheden, waaronder het verwerken van gegevens in de verschillende geautomatiseerde systemen.
