Verpleegkundige - 20-09-2026 - Heerlen - parttime - mbo - ZZP/freelancer Als obstetrieverpleegkundige begeleid je vrouwen en hun partners tijdens medische en emotionele momenten rondom zwangerschap en bevalling. Je monitort de vitale functies van moeder en kind, signaleert en handelt bij complicaties, zoals fluxus of pre-eclampsie en assisteert bij spoedkeizersneden. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de postpartumzorg en observatie van moeder en kind. Je werkt intensief samen met collega s binnen een gespecialiseerd team van gynaecologen, klinisch verloskundigen, kinderartsen, anesthesisten en ANIOS/AIOS. Door jouw klinische ervaring bied je niet alleen zorg, maar ook geruststelling in emotioneel beladen situaties. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een geboortecentrum in een ziekenhuis in Heerlen. Het team waar je terechtkomt is divers en hecht. Samen waarborgen jullie de kwaliteit van zorg en staan jullie klaar om te schakelen in zowel rustige als acute situaties. Naast klinische vaardigheden speelt empathie en goede communicatie een belangrijke rol binnen de afdeling. Wij vragen: - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding Verpleegkunde; - Een geldige BIG-registratie als obstetrieverpleegkundige; - Minimaal twee jaar werkervaring in een klinische setting; - Stressbestendigheid en sterke klinische scherpte; - Kennis van en ervaring met HiX of andere vergelijkbare systemen; - Goed ontwikkelde communicatieve en empathische vaardigheden.
