Ben jij op zoek naar een vacature als verpleegkundige waarin afwisseling, werkzekerheid en groei centraal staan? Als verpleegkundige op projectbasis werk je in verschillende zorginstellingen met de zekerheid van een vast contract. Zo doe je snel ervaring op, ontwikkel je nieuwe vaardigheden en maak je impact waar jouw expertise het meest nodig is.

Jobomschrijving

In dit project kom je terecht in een dynamische hospitalisatieafdeling waar deskundigheid, efficiëntie en patiëntgerichte zorg hand in hand gaan.

  • Je staat in voor de pre- en postoperatieve zorg van patiënten met diverse chirurgische ingrepen. Je observeert nauwgezet, herkent snel veranderingen in de toestand van de patiënt en onderneemt correct en zelfstandig de nodige acties. Complexe wondzorg, pijnmanagement, infuustherapie en begeleiding bij herstel maken deel uit van jouw dagelijkse takenpakket.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met chirurgen, arts-assistenten, kinesitherapeuten en collega-verpleegkundigen. Dankzij jouw ervaring draag je actief bij aan een vlotte werking op de afdeling en ondersteun je waar nodig minder ervaren collega’s.

Ben je klinisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en voel je je thuis in een chirurgische setting waar tempo en kwaliteit belangrijk zijn? Dan is dit project op de afdeling heelkunde in de regio Sint-Niklaas een mooie kans om jouw expertise verder in te zetten en écht het verschil te maken voor patiënten tijdens hun herstelproces.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma (bachelor of HBO5) en visum verpleegkunde of behaalt deze binnenkort.
  • Je past je vlot aan nieuwe zorgomgevingen aan en ziet verandering als een kans om bij te leren.
  • Je kan werken in vroege en late shiften en bent bereid om 1 op 2 weekends te werken.
  • Met jouw bedrijfswagen verplaats je je binnen een straal van ongeveer 50 minuten rond je woonplaats.
  • Je bent veerkrachtig, verantwoordelijk en communicatief sterk.
  • Je werkt graag samen in teamverband.
