Ben jij verpleegkundige en wil je graag zelf bepalen wanneer, waar en hoeveel je werkt?

Voor verschillende voorzieningen in de regio Aalst zijn we voortdurend op zoek naar enthousiaste verpleegkundigen die via interim willen bijwerken.

Of je nu op zoek bent naar enkele losse shiften, een tijdelijke vervanging of een langdurige opdracht: samen bekijken we welke opportuniteiten het best aansluiten bij jouw ervaring, interesses en beschikbaarheid.

Afhankelijk van de opdracht sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het verlenen van kwalitatieve en patiëntgerichte zorg.
  • Het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen.
  • Het toedienen en opvolgen van medicatie.
  • Het observeren en rapporteren van de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten of bewoners.
  • Het samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Het correct registreren van de verleende zorg.

Via X-Care krijg je de kans om ervaring op te doen binnen verschillende zorgsettings, terwijl jij zelf kiest welke opdrachten het best bij jou passen.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde (bachelor of gegradueerde) en bent in het bezit van een geldig visum.
  • Je hebt een hart voor de zorg en verleent kwaliteitsvolle, patiëntgerichte zorg.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk, flexibel en past je vlot aan een nieuwe werkomgeving aan.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je communiceert professioneel met patiënten, bewoners, collega's en artsen.
  • Je bent bereid om via interim te werken.
  • Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar ook gemotiveerde starters zijn welkom.
