Woonzorgcentrum Les Etoiles biedt huisvesting, zorg op maat en vrijetijdsbesteding aan 82 personen met dementie. De persoonlijke noden en verlangens van onze bewoners en hun familieleden nemen hier een centrale rol in.

Functieomschrijving

Om onze teams te versterken zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een gemotiveerde verpleegkundige die:

  • instaat voor de algemene verpleegkundige ondersteuning van de dienst door het correct uitvoeren van verpleeg- en verzorgingswerk, volgens afspraak binnen het team en het verpleegplan;
  • verantwoordelijk is voor het psychisch en fysisch welbevinden van alle bewoners van het woonzorgcentrum;
  • wil bijdragen om van ons woonzorgcentrum een ‘echte thuis’ te maken voor de bewoners, familieleden en het personeel.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma in de verpleegkundige ( master, bachelor of HBO5);
  • Je hebt een hart voor ouderen en een uitgesproken interesse voor personen met dementie;
  • Je streeft kwaliteitsvolle verzorging na waarin respect, liefdevolle zorg en begrip centraal staat;
  • Je kan werkinstructies opvolgen en je gaat nauwkeurig te werk;
  • Je hebt een flexibele werkhouding;
  • Je bent pas afgestudeerd of je hebt reeds werkervaring maar bent op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging.

Job gerelateerde competenties

  • Verpleegkundige verzorging van de zorggebruiker (toedienen medicatie, wondzorg…);
  • Zorg dragen voor het sociaal welbevinden van de bewoners;
  • Instaan voor de activiteiten van het dagelijks leven en toezien op het comfort en de veiligheid van de persoon met een zorgbehoefte ;
  • De klinische toestand van de persoon met een zorgbehoefte opvolgen (stabiliteit, excretie, gedrag ...) en de evolutie ervan met het interdisciplinair team bespreken;
  • Het zorgplan opstellen volgens de noden van de personen met een zorgbehoefte;
  • De bewonersdossiers administratief opvolgen en de verpleegkundige verstrekkingen erin vermelden.
