Bij ons Woonzorgcentrum in Mechelen geloven we in Positive Care: we kijken naar wat onze bewoners wel kunnen en willen. Samen met een hecht, multidisciplinair team zorg jij voor een warme, zorgeloze oude dag.

Wat ga je doen?

Als verpleegkundige ben jij de spil van de afdeling. Je combineert professionele, klinische expertise met een flinke dosis menselijkheid.

  • Kwaliteitszorg: Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen nauwkeurig uit volgens de richtlijnen.
  • Zorgregie: Je bewaakt en actualiseert de zorgplannen. Veranderingen in de gezondheid van bewoners pik jij vliegensvlug op.
  • Teamwork & Coaching: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zorgkundigen, begeleidt hen en werkt nauw samen met artsen en andere disciplines.
  • Verbinding: Je onderhoudt een warm contact met de families van onze bewoners; jij brengt rust en duidelijkheid.
  • Slimme administratie: Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze rapportage, zodat de zorgkwaliteit hoog blijft.

Wie ben jij?

Jij hebt een grote passie voor ouderenzorg en denkt liever in oplossingen dan in problemen. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een diploma Bachelor Verpleegkunde of HBO5, inclusief een geldig visum.
  • Een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, stressbestendig en werkt graag flexibel mee in het uurrooster.

Ervaring is een plus, maar zeker geen must. Heb je net je diploma? Wij coachen je graag richting een vliegende start!
