Juist die combinatie van zorg, behandeling en veiligheid maakt dit werk uniek. Je kijkt niet alleen naar wat er is gebeurd, maar vooral naar wat er mogelijk is. Samen met de patiënt werk je aan herstel, persoonlijke groei en een toekomst met perspectief. Over de Forensische Kliniek Mondriaan Forensische Zorg behandelt patiënten met psychiatrische en/of verslavingsproblematiek die in het verleden een delict hebben gepleegd. De behandeling richt zich op het versterken van vaardigheden, het ontwikkelen van inzicht in gedrag en het terugdringen van het risico op delictgedrag. Daarbij bieden we specialistische zorg voor onder andere psychotische stoornissen, verslavingsproblematiek en persoonlijkheidsstoornissen. Binnen onze kliniek staat herstelgerichte zorg centraal. De behandeling wordt afgestemd op de individuele behoeften en mogelijkheden van de patiënt, waarbij zorg, behandeling, begeleiding en veiligheid hand in hand gaan. Wat ga je doen? - Je begeleidt patiënten binnen een klinische setting. Je voert individuele (motiverende) gesprekken en levert een bijdrage aan het opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van signalerings-, behandel- en verpleegplannen; - Je ondersteunt pat...
