Dan is de Algemene Dagbehandeling van Rijnstate misschien wel jouw nieuwe werkplek! Als verpleegkundige op de dagbehandeling lever je professionele zorg in een hoog tempo. Op de afdeling is geen afdelingsarts aanwezig waardoor we van jou een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, een goede klinische blik, zelfstandigheid en een proactieve houding verwachten. Goede zorg gaat voor ons verder dan alleen de medische handelingen. Juist omdat het contact met patiënten vaak kort is, vinden we het belangrijk dat je in dat korte moment ook oog hebt voor de persoon achter de patiënt. Jij voelt aan wat iemand nodig heeft en weet daar op het juiste moment op in te spelen. Naast de directe patiëntenzorg lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling en het continue verbeteren van de afdeling. Sharon, verpleegkundige van de afdeling Dagbehandeling "In een kort tijdsbestek verleen ik zorg aan patiënten voor heel verschillende behandelingen en ingrepen. Denk aan operatiepatiënten, ECT's, infuusbehandelingen, puncties en botoxbehandelingen. Wij dragen zorg voor patiënten van vrijwel alle specialismen. Omdat er op onze afdeling geen afdelingsarts aanwezig is, vraagt dit van mij een grote mate van verantwoordelijkheid, een goede klinische blik, zelfstandigheid en een proactieve houding.
