Functie In deze rol help je bij een goede mix van korte en langdurige zorg, waarbij je te maken krijgt met diverse ziektebeelden, terminale zorg en verpleegtechnische handelingen. Met je wijkteam ga je langs bij de cliënten in je regio en haal je het beste uit je cliënten. Het werk is dankbaar en veelzijdig, maar je moet ook stevig in je schoenen kunnen staan. Daarbij hebben vele ouderen mooie verhalen, dus een luisterend oor bieden is ook zeker onderdeel van je taken. Jouw persoonlijke aandacht is wat nou net het verschil maakt. Over het bedrijf HappyZorg is een thuiszorgorganisatie met kleinschalige wijkteams verspreid over heel Nederland in een franchiseformule. Onze wijkteams worden geleid door enthousiaste wijkverpleegkundigen, die allen werken vanuit de gedachte: “Happy Zorg, Happy Cliënt”. Wijkteam?Nijmegen-Oost?is erg betrokken bij onze cliënten en biedt thuiszorg met enthousiaste en hooggekwalificeerde verpleegkundigen en verzorgenden. Daarbij hebben we veel contact met de betrokken huisartsen, apotheken, mantelzorgers en andere dienstverleners die bij de zorg van cliënt betrokken zijn. HappyZorg heeft maar één focuspunt, jij! Wij zijn van mening dat de kwaliteit van de zorg afhankelijk is van de efficiëntie van de hulpverlener. Hierom doen wij er alles aan om jou de ruimte en zelfstandigheid te geven die jíj nodig hebt. Je werkt in een klein, lokaal team, waar jouw input oprecht telt. Zo is het werk niet alleen leuk, maar blijft het ook leuk. Wij vragen Je hebt een afgerond diploma als Verpleegkundige (MBO-4) óf bent bezig met de opleiding Je bent bereid een VOG (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag) te overleggen of deze aan te vragen Je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een rijbewijs B Je luistert écht naar cliënten en bent in staat om ze op een positieve manier te

stimuleren Je kunt goed improviseren, bent flexibel en denkt in oplossingen en mogelijkheden Je hebt een professionele houding passend bij het beroep Je komt uit de omgeving van Nijmegen Wij bieden Wij bieden je de ruimte voor initiatief en als je je wilt ontwikkelen dan biedt HappyZorg je diverse mogelijkheden om je verder te specialiseren of jezelf bij te scholen. Verder kun je rekenen op: Een salaris conform cao-VVT van € 2.981,98 - € 4.245,84 bruto per maand, op basis van 36 uur per week (FWG 45); Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens cao VVT, inclusief 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering; Je hebt per kalenderjaar recht op 144 uren wettelijke en 58,4 uren bovenwettelijke doorbetaalde vakantie-uren bij een gemiddelde arbeidsduur van 36 uren per week. Daarnaast ontvang je 35 extra bovenwettelijke vakantie-uren; Je krijgt een reiskostenvergoeding conform de cao VVT; De mogelijkheid om (gratis!) gebruik te maken van een echte elektrische Happy Scooter, zowel op werk als privé!; Aanmelding bij het Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn; Uitzicht op vaste dienst bij wederzijdse tevredenheid; Het aantal vaste uren per week dat bij dit dienstverband hoort, is bespreekbaar (12-36 uur); Genoeg mogelijkheden om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen via de HappyCampus; Goede sfeer en hoge cliënttevredenheid (zie Zorgkaartnederland).
