Over het werk • Voert op basis van de indicatiestelling de verpleegkundige intake uit. • Stelt zelfstandig zorgplannen op en voert deze uit, binnen de wet- en regelgeving en het beleidskader. • Verzamelt en interpreteert sociaal-medische gegevens. • Formuleert de verpleegkundige doelen voor het kind. Uitvoeren van de verpleegkundige zorg: • Informeert, adviseert en begeleidt het kind en diens naasten. Voert alle voorbehouden en risicovolle handelingen uit, met inachtneming van de eigen bevoegdheid en bekwaamheid, en bewaakt voortdurend de veiligheid van de kinderen op de groep. • Coördineert, bewaakt, verbetert en ontwikkelt de totale verpleegkundige zorg rondom zijn/haar mentorkinderen en gezinnen, in samenspraak met de kinderverpleegkundige en andere teamleden. • Toont initiatief en draagt proactief praktische voorstellen ter verbetering van het verpleegkundig beleid en de kwaliteit aan, en voert deze na akkoord zelf uit. • Vervult, in samenspraak met de pedagogische zorgverlener, een sociale en pedagogische rol waardoor kinderen (en ook hun ouders) kunnen groeien binnen hun mogelijkheden. • Werkt volgens het verpleegkundig en pedagogisch beleid en volgens de richtlijnen en werkinstructies van Zigzag. Voert verpleegkundige handelingen in verschillende leeftijdscategorieën uit, volgens de daarvoor geldende protocollen. • Het warm en begripvol begeleiden en ondersteunen van ouders, verzorgers en familieleden, en hen actief betrekken bij de zorg, rekening houdend met culturele, persoonlijke en sociaaleconomische aspecten.
