Als verpleegkundige in de mobiele equipe regio Oost-Vlaanderen combineer je afwisseling met de zekerheid van een sterke zorggroep. Je ondersteunt tijdelijk verschillende woonzorgcentra waar jouw expertise het meest nodig is en groeit professioneel door ervaring in diverse zorgcontexten.

Je taken:

  • uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen volgens richtlijnen;
  • ondersteunen van lokale teams en bewaken van de continuïteit van zorg;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn;
  • afstemmen met zorgkundigen, artsen en andere disciplines;
  • correct registreren in zorgdossiers en zorgen voor duidelijke overdracht;
  • bijdragen aan kwaliteitsvolle zorg in elk huis waar je werkt.
  • Werken vanaf Gent tot Oudenburg.

Als verpleegkundige in de mobiele equipe regio Oost-Vlaanderen draag je bij aan kwaliteitsvolle zorg door tijdelijk teams in verschillende woonzorgcentra te versterken, verpleegkundige handelingen uit te voeren en correcte opvolging, registratie en overdracht te garanderen. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor continuïteit van zorg in elk huis waar je wordt ingezet. Flexibiliteit, sociale vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid zijn belangrijk, omdat je vaak in een nieuwe context start en snel vertrouwen en samenwerking opbouwt.

Verder vragen wij:

  • professionele bachelor of HBO5 verpleegkunde of basisverpleegkundige of graduaat met geldig visum;
  • correcte registratie in zorgdossiers en duidelijke overdracht;
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • zelfstandig kunnen werken en vlot functioneren in een team.
