WZC Van Zuylen is een woonzorgcentrum waar bewoners in een warme sfeer hun nachtrust verdienen. Als verpleegkundige in de nacht ben jij een betrouwbare schakel: je combineert medische deskundigheid met menselijke nabijheid. Je observeert, grijpt in waar nodig en garandeert een veilige omgeving.

Jouw rol in de nacht:

  • Je staat in voor alle verpleegkundige zorgen tijdens de nacht.
  • Je volgt bewoners op met een klinische én empathische blik.
  • Je bent er bij acute situaties of merkt bewonersgedrag meteen op.
  • Je zorgt voor heldere communicatie in de overdracht.
  • Je denkt mee over het optimaliseren van nachtelijke zorgprocessen.

De ideale nachtverpleegkundige is:

  • zelfstandig, stressbestendig en besluitvaardig.
  • georganiseerd en nauwkeurig.
  • bereid om bij te dragen aan een rustige, stabiele nachtdienstwerking.

Aanwervingsvoorwaarden

  • Je beschikt over een diploma gegradueerde of bachelor in de verpleegkundige, en bent in het bezit van een verpleegkundig visum.
  • Op het moment van indiensttreding, kan je een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister voorleggen dat minder dan één maand oud is. Als hier een veroordeling op vermeld staat moet een uitzondering aangevraagd worden bij het bestuur. Contacteer ons tijdig in dat geval.
