Als Nachtverpleegkundige kom je terecht in een unieke werking in onze woonzorgcentra.

Verantwoordelijkheid, uitdaging en afwisseling is hetgeen wat je mag verwachten. Als verpleegkundige kom je terecht in onze groepspraktijk van het woonzorgcentrum. Ken jij de werking van onze groepspraktijk? Een groepspraktijk is een team van verpleegkundigen, kinesisten, diëtiste, logopediste en thuisverpleegkundigen. Een unieke werking! Uniek omdat wij geloven in ieders expertise. Je werkt dus niet op één afdeling, maar over het hele woonzorgcentrum.

Jij als verpleegkundige bent de expert in medische- en verpleegtechnische handelingen. En die expertise mag je bij ons inzetten want jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de medische opvolging van de bewoners in het woonzorgcentrum. Met je helikopterview behoud je het overzicht en sta je in voor de coördinatie en organisatie van de medische zorgen en dit voor al onze bewoners in het woonzorgcentrum tijdens de nacht.

Tijdens de nacht werk je op een heel ander ritme dan tijdens de dag, maar is jouw verantwoordelijkheid des te groter. Jij bent extra waakzaam en weet het hoofd koel te houden bij urgente situaties. Kortom: jij bent er je van bewust dat je een hoge verantwoordelijkheid hebt tijdens de nacht.

Jouw belangrijkste uitdagingen:

  • Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de medische opvolging van al onze bewoners tijdens de nacht.
  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle bewoners de zorgen krijgen die nodig zijn tijdens de nacht.
  • Jij neemt je expertise ter harte en weet in urgente situaties het hoofd koel te houden en de juiste beslissingen te nemen.
