Wil jij werken in een kleinschalige locatie met korte lijnen, grote mate van zelfstandigheid in je taken en een uitdagende werkomgeving? Dan nodigen wij je uit te solliciteren.

Situatie

Als Verpleegkundige bij Vredenoord bied je zorg, verpleging én begeleiding aan toegewezen bewoners. Je coördineert het volledige zorg- en welzijnsproces, in afstemming met collega's en behandelteams, en bent betrokken vanaf opname tot verhuizing of overlijden. Je krijgt hiërarchisch leiding van de Teamleider Zorg en functioneel leiding van de Coördinerend Verpleegkundige.

Wat je gaat doen

Als Verpleegkundige niveau 4 coördineer je de zorg voor onze bewoners door zorg- en leefplannen op te stellen, te evalueren en af te stemmen met bewoners, familie en behandelaren. Je, zorgt voor een actuele en zorgvuldige verslaglegging in het ECD en onderhoudt contact met behandelaren over de voortgang van de behandeling. Daarnaast verzorg, verpleeg en begeleid je bewoners bij ADL-activiteiten en voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit op niveau 4. Je stimuleert zelfredzaamheid, biedt intensieve zorg wanneer nodig en signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid, waarbij je passende acties inzet. Ook begeleid je bewoners in de terminale fase en ondersteun je hun naaste.

Wat je meeneemt

- Een diploma Verpleegkundige niveau 4 en een geldige BIG-registratie.

- Professionele en warme benadering richting bewoners en hun naasten.

- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om goed samen te werken met collega’s en behandelaren.

- Zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en een scherp oog voor veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie.

- Accuratesse in dossiervorming en verslaglegging.

- Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om rustig te blijven in complexe of emotionele situaties.

- Betrokkenheid, initiatief en een hart voor ouderenzorg en welzijn.

Dit bieden we jou

- Salaris van maximaal € 4.245,84 per maand bij een werkweek van 36 uur (FWG 45, cao VVT)
