De recente herinrichting en de verhuizing van bewoners naar de hoogbouw (etage 2 t/m 5) sluiten hier mooi op aan.Jouw rol als Verpleegkundige Somatiek Als verpleegkundige werk je op onze somatische afdeling. Je hebt een belangrijke en veelzijdige rol in de dagelijkse zorg voor onze (veelal oudere) bewoners. Dankzij jouw inzet blijven zij zo zelfstandig mogelijk en kunnen zij optimaal genieten van het leven. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Sparringpartner zijn voor de leidinggevende zorg, collega‑verpleegkundigen en de locatiemanager • Bijdragen aan een prettige en veilige woon- en werkomgeving • Uitvoeren van EVV‑taken • Intensief samenwerken met het ziekenhuis, behandelaren en artsen Wat deze functie extra aantrekkelijk maakt: • Je werkt in een modern en sfeervol gebouw met tweekamerappartementen en meerdere huiskamers • Er is een huiselijke, kleinschalige sfeer • Je maakt deel uit van een enthousiast en betrokken team, waarin jouw kennis en ideeën worden gewaardeerd Samen zorgen we ervoor dat bewoners zich écht thuis voelen.
