Verpleegkundige Vossenhol Midden in het groene hart van Bennekom ligt 't Vossenhol – een warme woonlocatie waar mensen met een lichamelijke beperking en niet-aangeboren hersenletsel wonen. Hier werk je niet alleen in een prachtige, bosrijke omgeving, maar vooral met mensen die het leven op hun eigen manier vormgeven. Bij ons draait het om échte aandacht, maatwerk en samen het gewone bijzonder maken. In 't Vossenhol woont elke cliënt in een eigen appartement, verdeeld over twee verdiepingen met elk 14 appartementen. Elk appartement is rolstoelvriendelijk ingericht en heeft uitzicht op de bosrijke omgeving. Op elke verdieping vind je een gezellige gezamenlijke huiskamer met keuken, waar bewoners elkaar ontmoeten voor een praatje, een maaltijd of gewoon wat gezelligheid. De locatie is recent gestart met het inzetten van servicemedewerkers zodat zorg en welzijn goed gecombineerd worden. Elk woonteam bestaat uit betrokken (regie) begeleiders die de bewoners écht kennen — mensen die dagelijks zorgen voor vertrouwde gezichten, structuur en warmte. Wij werken met regie naar eigen vermogen waarbij er geluisterd wordt naar de wensen van de cliënt en gekeken wordt hoe dit in het dagelijks leven met elkaar vormgegeven kan worden.

In de gezamenlijke ruimte komen we samen om te koken, eten of leuke activiteiten te doen. Veel bewoners doen dat graag. Ze zeggen daarover: • “We hebben een mooie huiskamer met een nieuwe keuken.” • “Onze huiskamer is heel uitnodigend.” • “Ik vind het ook leuk dat je ‘aan de bar' kan eten, helpen of kijken bij het koken.”

Dit is jouw team Op het Vossenhol werken ongeveer 29 mensen. Alle collega's zijn opgeleid op het gebied van zorg en welzijn. Er is 1 coördinerend begeleider en een coördinerend verpleegkundige aanwezig welke samen met begeleiders niveau 2, 3 en 4 zorgen om met elkaar de meest passende zorg te verlenen.
