Teamspeler

  • Je neemt een actieve rol op in het multidisciplinaire team en communiceert goed.
  • Je begeleidt collega zorgkundigen en geeft studenten de kans om stap voor stap te groeien tot een professioneel zorg- of verpleegkundige.
  • Het verpleegkundig dossier vul je met plezier aan om je collega’s te ondersteunen.
  • Je bent de rechterhand van de huisarts en van de bewoners.
  • In onze woonzorgcentra werken we met zelfroosteren, waardoor je werk en privé beter op elkaar afgestemd kunnen worden. Je geeft zelf door welke diensten je wil werken en daarmee wordt zoveel mogelijk rekening gehouden. Er wordt in team bekeken of er op elk moment voldoende collega’s aanwezig zijn en waar nodig wordt de planning aangepast. De werkuren zijn als volgt:
  • vroegdienst: 7u00 – 15u06
  • dagdienst: 10u24 – 18u30
  • late dienst: 13u54 – 22u00
  • nachtdienst: 21u40 – 7u10. Onze woonzorgcentra werken met een vaste nachtdienst (behalve wzc Zonnebloem). Als een collega in de nachtdienst afwezig is, spring je bij.
  • je bent één weekend op twee vrij

Goed! Wat zijn de voorwaarden?

  • Je hebt een diploma in de verpleegkunde (basisverpleegkundige en HBO5 of gelijkwaardig, of een bachelordiploma verpleegkunde)
  • Je beschikt over een (aanvraag van een) visum om als verpleegkundige te kunnen werken
