Wat houdt je functie in?

Als verpleegkundige in woonzorgcentrum Edouard Remy ben jij een sleutelfiguur in de zorg voor onze bewoners.

Samen met je team zorg je voor een warme en kwalitatieve begeleiding door:

  • verpleegkundige handelingen uit te voeren met aandacht voor comfort en respect;
  • bewoners en hun familie te begeleiden en correct te informeren;
  • actief mee te denken over betere zorg en een vlotte werking;
  • het bewonersdossier zorgvuldig up-to-date te houden;
  • bij te dragen aan een huiselijke, vertrouwde omgeving.

Je krijgt hierbij ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en je expertise te gebruiken.

Welk profiel zoeken we?

Diploma: bachelor, HBO5 (graduaat) of basisverpleegkunde (of je studeert binnenkort af), erkend bij RIZIV en in het bezit van een visum.

Persoonlijkheid:

  • Je bent sociaal, communicatief en betrouwbaar naar bewoners, familie en collega’s toe.
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en inlevingsvermogen.
  • Je kan je vlot aanpassen aan wisselende situaties en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met het team.

Taalniveau:

  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands (min. C1 lezen/luisteren, B2 spreken/schrijven) is vereist; je kan een fijn gesprek voeren met onze bewoners.
  • Indien je nog geen taalbewijs hebt, krijg je twee jaar de tijd om dit te behalen.
