The posting

Als verpleegkundige ben je samen met je collega zorgkundige verantwoordelijk voor het welzijn en de verzorging van de bewoners van het woonzorgcentrum. Je doet meer dan alleen maar medisch verzorgen. Je hebt aandacht voor het algemene welzijn van onze bewoners: niet alleen fysiek, maar ook geestelijk en sociaal moeten ze zich goed voelen. Je staat volledig achter de visie Wonen en Leven en past dit ook toe tijdens je werkdag.

We zijn enerzijds op zoek naar een verpleegkundige voor de dagdienst en anderzijds naar een verpleegkundige voor de nachtdienst.

Als verpleegkundige met dagdienst start je ten vroegste om 6.45 uur en eindigt je werkdag ten laatste om 21.00 uur.

Als verpleegkundige met nachtdienst start je om 20.00 uur en eindigt je werkdag om 7.00 uur

  • Je bent een zorgzaam iemand met passie voor je vak.
  • Je beschikt over sterke relationele en communicatieve vaardigheden waardoor elke bewoner zich meteen thuis voelt.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een kwaliteitsvolle bewonerszorg met oog voor huiselijkheid.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een variabel uurrooster (ochtend/avond), inclusief 1 weekend op 2 en feestdagen in overleg met je collega's.

  • Je bezit het diploma verpleegkundige.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte en proactieve ingesteldheid en een sterke zin voor verantwoordelijkheid. Daarnaast werk je samen met andere collega's op een constructieve en positieve manier.
