In het gezellige maar eigentijdse woonzorgcentrum Ter Engelen in hartje Lokeren vind je 96 kamers voor vast verblijf, een beschermde afdeling voor bewoners die extra zorg nodig hebben, 9 kamers voor kortverblijf, 34 assistentiewoningen en een dagverzorgingscentrum. Een team van 100 collega’s zorgt voor een breed aanbod aan sociale, buurtgerichte en animatieve activiteiten, kwaliteitsvolle zorg en onze trots: lekker eten! Ter Engelen staat bekend voor de warme, huiselijke omgeving waarin bewoners en medewerkers kunnen stralen!

Als verpleegkundige speel je een centrale rol in het bieden van zorg die verder gaat dan alleen het medische aspect. Samen met onze zorgkundigen en het woonleefteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor de gezondheid en het welzijn van onze bewoners, waarbij je hun behoeften en wensen altijd vooropstelt.

Naast het uitvoeren van de verpleegkundige handelingen, bied je ook een luisterend oor en zorg je voor een vertrouwde omgeving waar bewoners zich thuis voelen.

  • Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit zoals het toedienen van medicatie, het verzorgen van wonden en het opvolgen van de gezondheid van bewoners.
  • Je monitort de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners en rapporteert eventuele veranderingen.
  • Je werkt samen met zorgkundigen en andere zorgverleners om een geïntegreerde zorg aan te bieden.
  • Je ondersteunt bewoners bij hun dagelijkse activiteiten en zorgt voor een warme en veilige omgeving.
  • Je communiceert met bewoners, hun familieleden en andere zorgverleners om de beste zorg te garanderen.
  • Je neemt deel aan het ontwikkelen en opvolgen van zorgplannen, afgestemd op de noden van elke bewoner.
  • Je hebt een diploma in de verpleegkunde en bent geregistreerd als verpleegkundige.
  • Je hebt een passie voor ouderenzorg en een groot hart voor onze bewoners.
  • Je kunt goed communiceren en werkt graag samen met anderen, maar je kunt ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent geduldig, flexibel en in staat om snel te schakelen in verschillende situaties.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en bent nauwkeurig in je werk.
