* Sicherstellung hochwertiger Kunden_innen-kontakte unter Verwendung sämtlicher bereitgestellter Kommunikationsmittel

* Erreichung der vereinbarten quantitativen und qualitativen Ziele im zugewiesenen Gebiet

* Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung sämtlicher geschäftsrelevanter Aktivitäten im zugewiesenen Gebiet

* Recruiting und dementsprechende regionale Vertriebsentwicklung

* Proaktive Suche und Aufbau einer Zusammenarbeit mit neuen Partnern_innen in den verschiedenen Regionen

* Geschäftsentwicklung mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Vertrieb

Profil:

* Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche

* Bemerkenswerte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Verhandlungssicherheit

* Einsatzbereitschaft, Ehrgeiz und hohe Eigeninitiative

* Verhandlungsgeschick, soziale Kompetenz und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kunden_innen- und Serviceorientiert

* Kontaktfreudig mit Vertriebserfahrung
