Unser Kunde, ein Versicherungsunternehmen sucht ab sofort: 2 Versicherungsmitarbeiter_in (m/w/d) Arbeitsort: 1110 Wien

Vollzeitbeschäftigung: 38,50 Wochenstunden oder

Teilzeitbeschäftigung ab 25 Wochenstunden

Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Donnerstag: 08:00 Uhr - 16:30 Uhr

Freitag 08:00 Uhr - 15:00 Uhr

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Betreuung des vorhanden Kundenstocks - KEINE AKQUISE, KEIN AUSSENDIENST

- Beratung im Innendienst

- Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Versicherungsverträgen - Auftragsabwicklung

- Kalkulation von Angeboten

- Prüfung von Polizzen

- Bearbeitung telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundenanfragen

- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner der Geschäftspartner und Kunden in allen Bereichen

- Administration und Korrespondenz.

- Vertragswerk erstellen (Angebote, Verträge. Risikoanalyse, Ausschreibungen, Vollmachten, Beratungsprotokolle)

- Schadensabwicklung in allen Sparten

Ihr Profil:

- Versicherungserfahrung ist Voraussetzung, idealerweise bringen Sie Maklererfahrung mit

- MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse

- EDV-Kenntnisse (cca9 , Together) erwünscht - praktisches Wissen

- Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit, Flexibilität, Teamfähig

- Selbstständig und Gewissenhaft

- Gepflegtes Äußeres und gute Umgangsformen sind für Sie selbstverständlich
