Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een vertegenwoordiger/ account manager voor onze klant in Sint-Truiden. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de verhuur en verkoop van grondverzetmachines.

Als vertegenwoordiger/ account manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van nieuwe business voor de regio Limburg en Vlaams-Brabant.

Jouw takenpakket omvat:

  • Je behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht over de bestaande klanten en biedt hen de best mogelijke dienstverlening;
  • Je herkent en benut mogelijke kansen om jouw accounts verder te laten groeien;
  • Door middel van een behoefteanalyse zoek je samen met de klant naar de gepaste technische oplossing;
  • Je begeleidt jouw klanten van A tot Z en biedt een superieure klantenservice;
  • Je beheert het totale salesproces operationeel, communicatief en administratief (CRM-management, ERP-management, offertes, onderhandelingen, rapportages, etc.);
  • Je neemt actief deel aan events en vakbeurzen;
  • Je rapporteert aan de salesmanager.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, voldoe je aan het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma en hebt ervaring als vertegenwoordiger, liefst in de bouwsector;
  • Je geniet ervan om nieuwe contacten te leggen, nieuwe deuren te openen en nieuwe deals te sluiten;
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden en hecht veel belang aan service en klanttevredenheid;
  • Klanten en collega’s spreken je graag omdat ze weten dat ze op jou kunnen rekenen;
  • Je bezit een hoge mate van ondernemerschap en resultaatgerichtheid;
  • Je volgt de projecten op de voet en zorgt voor een grondig administratiebeheer;
  • Ervaring in de bouw-, landbouw- of wagenindustrie is een extra troef;
  • Je bent gewend te werken met een ERP-systeem;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal zeer goed.
