Felixa is exclusief voor haar klant, Janssens uit Lier, op zoek naar een Vertegenwoordiger B2B.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze uitdagende functie vertegenwoordig je het bedrijf bij zijn bestaande cliënteel én ga je op zoek naar nieuwe distributeurs en afzetgebieden. Hun klanten zijn zelfstandige bedrijven die onze producten aankopen en zelf hun afzetmarkt vormgeven. Gezien het internationale karakter is een goede spraak-, schrijf- en leesvaardigheid in NL, EN, FR een vereiste (DU is een pluspunt).

Daarnaast is ook enig technisch inzicht noodzakelijk voor een product als het onze om een correcte boodschap te kunnen brengen en de dialoog aan te gaan met professionele klanten. Je zal regelmatig met de auto naar het buitenland reizen maar ook instaan voor bepaalde administratieve taken die verbonden zijn aan je rol. Je takenpakket is voornamelijk commercieel en omvat meer specifiek:

  • Actief op zoek gaan naar potentiële nieuwe dealers/distributeurs
  • Dealers/distributeurs opleiden en ondersteunen m.b.t. prijsberekeningen, het plaatsen van bestellingen in ons dealerportaal
  • Eerstelijns technische ondersteuning bij nieuwe klanten
  • Onderhouden, opvolgen en motiveren van bestaande klanten en periodiek (2x jaar) bezoek organiseren
  • Bemiddeling bij conflicten
  • Instaan voor de opvolging van de externe communicatie van het bedrijf
  • Productinformatie kunnen verschaffen in onze toonzaal in Lier
  • Je hebt ervaring in B2B-sales/export
  • Je bent commercieel-technisch ingesteld met kennis van talen NL-EN-FR
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van het MS Officepakket (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar kan wel op een juiste manier terugkoppelen naar het bedrijf
