Zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Vertriebs suchen wir eine/n 1 Vertriebsmitarbeiter*in (Bedarfsanalyse & Neukundenkontakt) 2301 Groß Enzersdorf Teilzeit (20 Stunden/Woche)

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle unterstützen Sie aktiv unser Neukundengeschäft. Sie führen strukturierte Bedarfsgespräche, erkennen Potenziale und qualifizieren Kontakte für unseren Außendienst. Damit schaffen Sie die Grundlage für langfristige und nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen.

Sie kommunizieren klar und professionell, arbeiten zielorientiert und bringen Eigeninitiative mit.

Sie erwartet eine strukturierte Aufgabe mit klar definierten Zielen und die Möglichkeit, Ihren Beitrag zum Vertriebserfolg sichtbar

einzubringen.

DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS

* Sie übernehmen eine aktive Rolle in der telefonischen Ansprache potenzieller Geschäftskunden. Dabei führen Sie strukturierte Gespräche, erheben Bedarfe und identifizieren die richtigen Ansprechpartner.

* Sie dokumentieren Ihre Gespräche sorgfältig im CRM-System und bereiten qualifizierte Termine für unseren Außendienst vor.

* Sie verkaufen nicht am Telefon - Sie schaffen die Grundlage für langfristige Kundenbeziehungen.

* Sie arbeiten in einem Team, das Zusammenarbeit großschreibt. Klare Ziele, gegenseitige Unterstützung und ein wertschätzender Umgang sind für uns selbstverständlich.

* Gleichzeitig bieten wir Ihnen Raum zur Weiterentwicklung - durch Einschulung, laufenden Austausch und gezielte Unterstützung.

* Freude am Telefonieren und am Austausch mit Menschen.

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.

* Verlässlichkeit und Teamorientierung.

* Erfahrung in der Telefonakquise ist von Vorteil - entscheidend ist Ihre Motivation und Ihr professionelles Auftreten.
