Bij Voetbalvereniging VOP Amersfoort draait alles om plezier, sportiviteit en samen winnen - óók buiten het veld. We willen dat ieder lid, ouder, vrijwilliger en trainer zich veilig, gezien en gehoord voelt. Daarom zoeken we een of twee betrokken Vertrouwenspersoon(en) die zich samen met ons inzetten voor een veilige sportomgeving. Jouw rol: het kloppend hart van onze sociale veiligheid Als vertrouwenspersoon ben jij hét onafhankelijk aanspreekpunt voor iedereen binnen onze vereniging die te maken krijgt met gedrag of situaties die niet goed voelen. Van pesten tot grensoverschrijdend gedrag, van onenigheid tot onzekerheid - jij biedt een luisterend oor , ziet wat iemand nodig heeft en helpt mee om samen een passende weg vooruit te vinden. Je staat naast mensen, nooit tegenover ze. En je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen binnen VOP weet: "Hier kan ik terecht - dit is een club waar ik me veilig mag voelen. " ⚽ Wat maakt jou perfect voor deze rol? - Je hebt een warme, open en benaderbare uitstraling. - Je kunt goed luisteren, doorvragen én rust brengen. - Je gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie. - Je bent onafhankelijk en blijft ook in gevoelige situaties professioneel en neutraal. - Je vindt het leuk om bij te dragen aan een positief en veilig verenigingsklimaat. - Je bent bereid (of enthousiast!)) om een korte opleiding/training te volgen voor deze rol. - Je vertegenwoordigt VOP in het Conventanten overleg Ervaring is fijn, maar geen must - wél de motivatie om écht iets voor mensen te betekenen.
