Als onderhoudswerkman ben je verantwoordelijk voor het algemene onderhoud en kleine herstellingen binnen onze scholengroep. Jouw takenpakket omvat:

  • Uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen: zoals reparaties aan meubilair, deuren, ramen en andere kleine klussen die dagelijks kunnen voorkomen.
  • Schilderwerken: schilderen van klaslokalen, gangen of andere ruimtes om onze gebouwen netjes en verzorgd te houden.
  • Sanitair onderhoud: verhelpen van kleine verstoppingen, repareren van kranen, toiletten en ander sanitair.
  • Technische klussen: zoals het vervangen van verlichting, onderhouden van elektrische installaties (binnen jouw bevoegdheid) en kleine mechanische reparaties.
  • Tuinonderhoud: grasmaaien, snoeien van struiken, verwijderen van onkruid en zorgen voor nette buitenruimtes rondom onze schoolgebouwen.
  • Correct gebruik en onderhoud van machines en gereedschappen: je zorgt ervoor dat de apparatuur waarmee je werkt schoon en in goede staat blijft.
  • Signaleren van grotere technische problemen: als je iets tegenkomt dat je zelf niet kan oplossen, meld je dit direct aan de juiste personen of diensten.
