Ben jij iemand met een hart voor verzekeringen, commerciële flair en de ambitie om op termijn méér te doen dan enkel adviseren? Wil je groeien in een bankomgeving waar je klanten, producten en de werking grondig leert kennen, met de mogelijkheid om later door te groeien richting medevennootschap?

Wat houdt de functie in?

Je start in loondienst binnen de bank- en verzekeringsomgeving van onze klant. In deze functie krijg je de tijd en ruimte om de klanten, interne werking, verzekeringsportefeuille en commerciële aanpak goed te leren kennen.

Je begeleidt klanten bij hun verzekeringsvragen, denkt proactief mee over hun noden en bouwt duurzame relaties op.

Op termijn kan je, als de samenwerking langs beide kanten goed zit, doorgroeien naar een meer ondernemende functie met de mogelijkheid om mee in te stappen als medevennoot.

We zoeken dus niet zomaar een medewerker. We zoeken iemand met goesting, ambitie en de wil om zich op lange termijn te ontpoppen tot een echte verzekeringsexpert.

We zoeken iemand die bewust wil starten in loondienst en stap voor stap wil groeien. Je hoeft nog niet alles te kennen, maar je moet wel de basis van verzekeringen onder de knie hebben en vooral veel zin hebben om bij te leren.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen verzekeringen.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en haalt energie uit klantencontact.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent ondernemend, proactief en leergierig.
  • Je bent iemand die zich echt wil smijten en wil groeien.

Ervaring met ondernemingsverzekeringen is een mooie troef, maar geen vereiste. Ook een bestaand netwerk binnen verzekeringen is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must. Wat voor onze klant vooral telt, is je ingesteldheid: goesting, ambitie en de drive om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

De termijn waarop je eventueel kan instappen als medevennoot is volledig afhankelijk van de kandidaat in kwestie. Ze kijken hierbij naar je ambitie, achtergrond, kennis, ervaring en de manier waarop de samenwerking groeit. Alles is bespreekbaar bij de juiste klik. Belangrijk is vooral dat je de ambitie hebt om op termijn mee verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van het kantoor.
