Jouw rol

Als verzekeringsarts ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het sociaal-medisch proces. Je werkt nauw samen met casemanagers taakdelegatie en vormt samen met hen het behandelteam binnen Ziektewetdossiers.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Beoordelen van arbeids(on)geschiktheid en het geven van sociaal-medisch advies - Coachen en begeleiden van casemanagers binnen taakdelegatie - Uitvoeren van medische consulten waar nodig - Bewaken van naleving van medische standaarden en best practices - Bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling en organiseren van kennisessies - Meedenken over verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een professional die:

- Medische expertise wil inzetten om mensen perspectief te bieden - Energie krijgt van het coachen en begeleiden van collega’s - Ervaring heeft met sociaal-medische beoordeling en advisering - Flexibel en proactief is in een dynamische omgeving

Wat neem je mee?

- Afgeronde opleiding tot verzekeringsarts en registratie, of ervaring als bedrijfsarts met kennis van ziektewetbegeleiding - Ervaring met sociaal-medische advisering en re-integratieprocessen - Enthousiasme om samen te werken in taakdelegatie - Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 3 dagen per week, waarvan 1 dag op kantoor voor teambinding
