Je krijgt een vast contract voor gemiddeld 24 tot 28 uur per week.*** De Molenhof 24 - 28 Zaamslag Einddatum: 06/10/2026 **Waar kom jij binnen?*** Binnen de locatie De Molenhof in Zaamslag zijn PG woningen en woongroepen somatiek. Je zorgt samen met je collega's voor de dagelijkse verzorging van cliënten met dementie. De cliënten hebben ieder hun eigen kamer en daarnaast kunnen ze, indien ze dat willen, samenkomen in de huiskamer. Dit kan zijn om gezellig een bakje koffie te drinken, de maaltijd te nuttigen of om een spelletje te doen. **Wat ga je doen?*** Cliënten rekenen op jou. Door jouw zorg en begeleiding ontstaat een dag invulling die bij hen past en betekenisvol is. Jouw meest voorkomende werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Verzorgen en begeleiden van cliënten met dementie; indien de situatie dit toelaat, kan dit samen met een zorg collega of medewerker wonen - Verpleegtechnische handelingen verrichten - Ervoor zorgen dat cliënten zoveel mogelijk de betekenisvolle rol kunnen blijven behouden die ze in hun leven gehad hebben - Belevingsgericht werken - Stimuleren van de zelfstandigheid van de cliënten, waarbij de cliënt de eigen regie houdt Je bent voor zowel dag- als avonddiensten inzetbaar tussen 7.00 uur en 22.00 uur. Er wordt voornamelijk met 5,5-, 6,5- en 7,5 uurs diensten gewerkt.
