Wij zoeken jou! Als Verzorgende IG in de psychiatrie speel je een grote rol in het herstelproces van patiënten. Je ondersteunt niet alleen hun fysieke welzijn, maar helpt ook bij hun emotionele en mentale herstel. Dit geeft je werk een diepere betekenis en voldoening. Brengt je loopbaan naar een hoger niveau en solliciteer voor de functie van Verzorgende IG in de psychiatrie.

Waar ga je werken? Als Verzorgende IG ben je verantwoordelijk voor de zorg en begeleiding van patiënten in een 24-uurs zorgomgeving. Je helpt hen met dagelijkse activiteiten zoals persoonlijke hygiëne, aankleden, eten en medicatiebeheer. Afhankelijk van de behoeften van de patiënt varieert dit van lichte ondersteuning tot volledige verzorging. Tijdens de behandeling bied je een luisterend oor en emotionele ondersteuning, help je patiënten omgaan met hun aandoening en begeleid je hen bij het ontwikkelen van copingstrategieën. Daarnaast stimuleer je sociale interactie en organiseer je activiteiten die bijdragen aan hun welzijn. Met jouw zorg en betrokkenheid maak je een wezenlijk verschil in het leven van de patiënten.

Wat ga je doen? Je gaat werken bij een organisatie in de regio Drenthe die zich richt op de verpleging en verzorging van ouderen met psychiatrische problemen. De focus ligt op het bieden van mensgerichte zorg, waarbij je de patiënten leert kennen als individu, sterke vertrouwensbanden opbouwt en ondersteuning biedt die echt een verschil maakt in hun leven. Je behandelt niet alleen somatische klachten, maar ook psychische klachten zoals schizofrenie, persoonlijkheidsstoornissen, depressie, verslaving, autisme en bijzondere vormen van dementie. Hierdoor is geen dag hetzelfde. Het team bestaat uit gepassioneerde professionals die dagelijks hun uiterste best doen om de zorg voor de patiënten te optimaliseren.
